STRIDES is the brainchild of
Mary J. Hildebrand and
Christine Osvald-Mruz. Both women are Members of the Firm of Lowenstein Sandler, and share a strong desire to see women reach their goals and fulfill their potential. Ms. Hildebrand, a member of the firm's Tech Group who focuses her practice on commercialization, protection and management of intellectual property and technology assets, works full time while also raising twins. Ms. Osvald-Mruz, a member of the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, is a mother of three. Shortly after returning to the firm from her second maternity leave in 2003, Ms. Osvald-Mruz became the first firm attorney to be named a member while working less than a full time schedule. Ms. Hildebrand and Ms. Osvald-Mruz launched STRIDES in 2006 and have served as co-chairs since its inception.
